Choose one of our programs and we will create the most WOW party for your (little) guests! Check our party brochure where you will find all information about our programs, location, prices and more. You can request an specific date and we will send you an email with availability. Plenty of options at WOW Family Center for all birthday wishes!
Annuleringsbeleid
- Once you have placed your payment, your party is booked for the date you have chosen. - If you would like to add more children to the guests (check our brochure in the website for more info about the amount of kids per program for a standard party), send us an email with your request at least one week in advance so we can hire a second teacher if needed. We will send you an email with a payment link in order to book these extra children. Once payment is done, the amount of guests are confirmed. It is not possible that more kids join at the last minute for safety reasons. - We advise parties from 4 years and upwards not to invite the parents to stay. This creates a more hectic environment and it is more difficult for kids to follow the workshop's dynamics. Under 4y parents should always stay to look after their kids. -Barista package: please note the Little Café will be closed during the party unless you book the barista package upfront. This means an extra staff member will come to work in the Little Café and serve coffee, tea, chai tea to your guests . There is a minimum spend of 50 euros. All drinks until that amount are included, any extra drinks will be charged at the party. - Cancellation: once a party is booked, confirmed and paid, it is not possible to change the dates due to high demand. If the birthday child falls sick, we can postpone the party to the nearest open spot. - At the Sweelinckstraat location the playcafe will be open during the party. The workshop room is exclusively for the party. - At the Churchill-laan venue the whole venue is exclusively booked for you. Please note, there is no barista option at this location. - WOW Family Center doesn’t provide any food. Parents bring any food they wish to serve. - WOW Family center is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged materials. -The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during children's birthday parties. Alcohol use may result in the immediate cancellation and termination of the event. - We do not refund parties.
