Annuleringsbeleid

1. General WOW After School Club offers an activity-based program focused on educational and creative workshops. WOW is not a childcare service. 2. Participation Participation is based on booking and availability. No fixed placements. Purchases do not guarantee a spot. 3. Bookings Booking is required. Up to 4 weeks in advance. Limited spots. Full = full. 4. Cancellation Free changes up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or no-show results in loss of session. 5. Illness Sessions cannot always be rescheduled. In some cases, a credit may be returned if cancelled early. 6. Credits Credits are non-transferable. Valid for a limited time (e.g. 3 months). Unused credits expire. 7. Program Includes a workshop and guided activity. All parts are included. 8. Liability WOW is not liable for personal belongings or circumstances outside reasonable control. 9. Conduct WOW may terminate participation if behavior disrupts safety or the program.
